Prices
Price per night for the whole villa, up to 8 guests. Booking directly with us costs less than on the booking portals, with two rates to choose from.

The seasons above apply every year. Exception for 2026: from 1 October to 30 November the minimum is 5 nights.
Booking terms
The same terms are in the rental contract you sign before arrival.
- How to book
- Pick your dates in the calendar and book online, or send us a request with your dates. Either way the booking becomes final only once we confirm it: nothing is charged until then.
- Minimum stay
- 5 or 6 nights depending on the period (see the table). Book at least 4 days before arrival, 7 days in March and April.
- Guests
- Up to 8 people, children included. The nightly price is for the whole villa.
- Two rates
- Flexible: when you book you only save your card, the full amount is charged 30 days before arrival. Non-refundable: about 10% less, full amount when booking. Payment by card.
- Cancellation
- Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. When you book, your card is only saved and nothing is charged. 30 days before arrival the full amount is charged and is non-refundable from then on. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival the full amount is charged at once and is non-refundable.
Non-refundable rate: the full amount is charged when you book and is not refunded in case of cancellation, change or no-show. - Security deposit
- EUR 1,000, held on your card a few days before arrival and released after check-out if everything is in order. It is not charged.
- Check-in and check-out
- Arrival from 15:00, departure by 11:00.
