Built for long stays with family and friends.
DaDa Villa is our own family house in Niu Crobu, a quiet green residential area of Quartu Sant'Elena near the Capitana coast. When we are not there, we open it to guests who want space: a bedroom for everyone, a very large living room, a separate dining room and kitchen, a private pool and a covered veranda for long lunches in the shade.
There is no reception and no hotel routine. Our local host lives nearby, welcomes you, hands over the keys and is your contact for the whole stay.
Rooms
Living room. Very large, open plan and bright. Everyone ends up here by evening.
Four bedrooms. Two doubles and two twins: a room for each family.
Kitchen. New and fully fitted, with a dishwasher, for cooking for the whole group.
Pool and veranda
A 42 m² private pool with eight loungers, and a covered veranda with a long table looking out toward the sea.
How booking works
Choose
The calendar shows the free dates and the price. You can book online, or send us a request if you would rather write.
We confirm
The booking becomes final once we confirm it: nothing is charged until then. We then send you the rental contract to sign before arrival.
Arrive
A few days before arrival we place the €1,000 deposit as a hold on your card. Check in from 15:00 with our local host, check out by 11:00.
Niu Crobu and the coast
Niu Crobu belongs to Quartu Sant'Elena, the town next to Cagliari. It is a calm, green residential area near the Capitana coast, with the city on one side and the coast road toward Villasimius on the other.

A very beautiful villa, with lots of spacious bedrooms, bathrooms with windows, a lovely kitchen and a huge living room. It has a large garden and even a very relaxing little wood at the back. The pool is big, lovely and sunny. Close to the sea and to shops and services.

Can we book directly with you?
Yes, and it is the best price. Pick your dates in the calendar and book online, or send us a request. The booking becomes final once we confirm it: nothing is charged until then. We then send you the rental contract.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. For new bookings we place a hold of €1,000 on your card a few days before arrival. It is released after check-out when the house, keys and remote control are in order.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes. The tourist tax is €1 per guest per night. Please leave it in cash at check-out.

Are there house rules?
No smoking, and no parties or events. Small pets are allowed on request: please ask us before you book. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, for up to eight guests, children included.
